Aurora University congratulates the 819 undergraduate students who earned Dean’s List honors for the fall of 2012. The honors list recognizes students who attain a 3.6 to 4.0 GPA during the semester. Congratulations Megan!!!
Each year, Office Max and AdoptAClassroom.org work with principals nationwide to select and recognize 1,000 deserving teachers with an “A Day Made Better Award” and $1000 in supplies for the classroom donated by Office Max. Principals of participating schools nominated teachers that exemplify passion, dedication, and innovation in the classroom. Each recognized teacher received a box of assorted school supllies valued at $1000 for use in their classroom. This past year, Melissa Lehnert Heldt, who teaches at Bradley West Elementary School, received this prestigious award on October 2, 2012. Melissa is a 1995 graduate of Grant Park High School.
Jillien, a freshman attending Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin made the Dean’s list for her first semester and has begun working in her intended field of Social Work by volunteering in the Kenosha area. Continued success, Jillien! We at GP are very proud of you!
Stephanie, a freshman at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, made the Dean’s list for the fall semester of 2011 and will also be inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society on April 22, 2012 at UT. Congrats, Stephanie! We at GP are very proud of you!
